Act 774 is an Act to provide for the establishment of the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council, and to provide for the registration of persons practicing as allied health practitioners and persons carrying on activities relating to allied health, to regulate the practice of Allied Health Profession, and for related matters. Programme representatives of Biomedical Science and related programmes from universities around Malaysia were invited to attend a briefing cum meeting with regards to the Act on  7th December 2017 at  Bahagian Sains Kesihatan Bersekutu, Bangunan Utama Chancery Place, Putrajaya.  The KKM with the cooperation from the Malaysian Biomedical Science  Society  (Mybiomed) had taken the initiative to organize this event.
